A Day at the Beach!
Mommy and I had a wonderful time at the beach today! We saw several trains go by, watched the ferry come and go, and got all wet splashing in the waves. There were tons of birds down there. I tried very hard to catch a crow, but he kept flying away whenever I got close! I love playing in the sand. It was the perfect afternoon!

18 month check up
I had my 18 month well baby visit with Dr. Bennett today. I weighed in at 22lbs 6 oz (10th percentile), and was 33.5 inches long (between 75th and 90th percentile). Dr. Bennett thought I looked great, and when she saw my stats, she just kind of smirked and said, "Well, he's just not a pudgeball like most American babies!" I had three shots, which immunized me for five things. I was NOT a happy camper by the end of that visit. I was so exhausted that I took a three and a half hour nap when we got home. Once I was up from my nap, Mommy and I played outside and then walked to Starbucks for a molasses cookie. I also got a bubble bath tonight, so in the end it was an okay day despite the rough morning.
