I turned 17 months old on February 3rd. Mommy just gave me my third haircut... a little trim of the bangs and a snip here and there around the ears. This weekend, I got to celebrate my cousin Mikayla's 1st birthday. It was so exciting being surrounded by puppies and balloons, AND getting to play with Mikayla's presents! Here are some pictures:
